Room was okay but could see dust behind chair, light not working. Had a problem with someone trying to enter my room and I ended up locked in. Contacted reception and man came and opened door with a key. Security catch broken. He contacted me later to apologise for the maid service doing this. Rather heavy handed!!Says he has given me points but probably no use to me.

Such a convenient hotel and very kind staff. Clean and basics all good. The bar and restaurant was a nice surprise having good drinks, wine options and a pizza they made especially for us even after the kitchen closed. There was no refrigerator in the room for our leftovers but the hotel kindly stored them in their kitchen refrigerator.

Rooms were spotless and nice, only problem we had was no ac and the beds move too easy can’t rest our backs on the wall watching tv without the bed moving forward. Overall the hotel and a rooms are nice.

Arrival experience was great, staff were welcoming, helpful and we all really appreciated the warm cookie! Room was a good size, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff at dinner were really good with the kids. Check-out was very straightforward. Was able to charge car overnight too.
