Friendly staff, clean rooms, towels were more than enough, modern room, place so close to the airport and the tram that can take you into the city center, everything is almost perfect until I used the toilet where I needed to push the button with all my might and use my wrist and exert 100 pounds of force just to flush. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Definitely recommend this beautiful Hotel, lovelyhelpful staff, fab Tram service just outside, shops outside. Look no further. We enjoyed our stay here in December for xmas markets. Will definitely return again soon

Based on our experience it is really nice place to stay and also cleanliness is superb. Can I just suggest to put lock into the toilet especially on a family room as it feels awkward. Thanks! But all in all it was brilliant!

Ecxellent! I left a jacket in the wardrobe by mistake and they called me to tell me they had found it.They also sent me an email telling me they would hold it for 90 days and would send it to any destination in the world by DHL,for the cost of postage. The only down side was the parking next to the hotel which was private land.The charge was 12 pounds per day.

A new hotel,easy access to the tram service to the airport and Edinburgh. Rooms were very good.Restaurant was clean with an excellent breakfast (20 pounds) a bit on the expensive side.Evening menu had a good choice and the food was excellent. The only down side was the privately owned car park,which costs 12 pounds per day.The QR code didnt accept my Barclays bank credit card so we had to pay at the hotel reception. You have a 30 minute grace period and then you will get a 100 pound fine if you dont pay with your car registration number. No discount for Novotel guests.There is a KFC and Krispy Kream donut shop less than 1 minute from the hotel enterence,and a Tesco's and Outlet shops 3 minutes walk as well . A nice location for many people but a little pricey if you plan to stay for a long time.
