This is an ok hotel for a quick overnight airport stay. The front reception staff were extremely busy and I think this is reflected with the cost being quite a bit cheaper than other more up market hotels in the area. It’s handy that there’s a car park below but again parking wasn’t easy due to being busy. The rooms are ok, comfortable bed, bathroom and shower clean and decent. Bar closed at 11pm and limited food late on so it’s not a 24 hour service if that’s something needed.

This hotel has no shuttle to airport terminals. The vent grills are so open and see through that ducts are visible. No feeling of safety in property and no room phone to call front desk.

Comfortable stay close to the airport

Check in was smooth and the lady at the reception desk was nice and polite. Location is great from terminal 2 1 minutes walk and terminal 3 about 20 minutes walk. Rooms are clean and well kept. Good for a good night sleep.

It had bed bugs. I stayed two nights. The second night i got bit. You need to wash your sheets in heat to get rid of them not cold water. International tourists especially from the tropical regions or Indian regions should be throroughly cleaned afterward to prevent foreign bugs or colds from surviving. It was also the most basic hotel ive ever been in. No microwave, no coffee or tea or water in the room. The shower was the best I've ever used in a hotel, full pressure with beautiful showerhead and rainfall shower add on. One stop from airport via train. It was cheap and close to the airport. If there was no bed bug my second night I would give this place a 4/5 for price and location. But for Gods sake, add some water or coffee to the room. At 70 euros a night an extra 2 dollars wouldnt hurt you for customer satisfaction

Perfect location walk to airport

This is a nice location. 20 monies walk to the airport. There is a REWE supermarket across the street so you don’t need to pay for the hotel overpriced food and drinks. Air conditioning is colder than many other German hotels. Will stay again

No Shuttle To Hôtel. Rude staff.

We booked this hotel specifically because they had a shuttle to the airport and were informed at the hotel that no service was available. It was extremely difficult to get into the hotel because of roadwork. The air conditioning was poor and we had to keep our rental cars for an additional day due no shuttle. Some of the front staff weee rude, rolling their eyes at us when we showed our concern about getting to the airport with three young children.
