The leisure amenities were nothing short of shocking. I have never experienced changing facilities as bad as this not even in public swimming pools. There were no individual cubicles for privacy but the worst part was there was not a dry spot anywhere to change. The floor was a huge puddle of water making changing into dry clothes extremely difficult. I would not return as the pool was the main reason for booking this hotel. It ruined the experience for myself and my mother who was appalled by it.

I have stayed here many times in executive rooms . Have ordered breakfast to the room also had a late night hot chocolate delivered . This time they required a service charge for these things to be delivered honestly it’s not worth the money . Room was frozen I tried calling to receptionist they said they would fix it never happened. Also my quilt was so thin it was like a sheet of paper that should be warm and cosy not good enough The rooms were very clean cannot fault this . But if I pay extra for an executive room I expect more .

Location fine for theatre and fairly close to main shopping area, although not the nicest area in the city. Staff friendly. Hotel generally well presented but can get busy with events going on. Only issue was walls seemed thin and we could hear neighbours easily. Also noisy fans outside if you're facing inwards. Pleasant enough but wouldn't stay again.

Overall, the hotel itself is nice, however the condition and cleanliness of the rooms were disappointing. When we arrived, our room had not been cleaned properly and we had to request for housekeeping to return. After this, we also noticed that our bedsheets were not clean and had to ask for them to be changed. Although we stayed for three nights and the room was serviced daily, it never felt as though it received a thorough clean. On the second day, only one towel was left in the room. When I contacted reception to request another, I was met with the response, “Do you need two?”, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. The room itself lacked several expected amenities, there was no fridge, no slippers, no robes, and the tea and coffee facilities were very basic. We had considered extending our stay by an additional two nights, but for the price, the overall standard of the room and service did not justify it. We also specifically requested non-feather pillows, however only two were provided as there were reportedly not enough available. Unfortunately, due to these issues, our overall experience did not meet expectations.
