"Das Hotel ist extrem zentral gelegen und sehr gut erreichbar – auch mit dem Zug und einem kurzen Spaziergang. Es handelt sich um ein großes, klassisches Hotel mit viel Charme. Obwohl es ein älteres Gebäude ist, macht genau dieser traditionelle Stil den besonderen Reiz aus. Wir waren mit vier Kindern unterwegs und hatten zwei Zimmer. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, großzügig und die Aussicht war einfach perfekt. Besonders schön war, dass die Kinder so viel Freude an den Zimmern hatten, dass sie sich sogar die Zimmernummern gemerkt haben. Sie haben mehrfach gesagt, dass sie bei einem nächsten London-Besuch unbedingt wieder in dieses Hotel möchten – das sagt eigentlich alles. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, und auch das große Restaurant im Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Hotel in hervorragender Lage – sehr gerne wieder, auch als Familie."

"Herausragendes Hotel in einer absoluten Top-Lage in London – zentraler geht es kaum. Big Ben, London Eye sowie Bus- und U-Bahn-Anbindungen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel selbst ist in einem sehr guten Zustand; bereits beim Betreten des Atriums fällt der angenehme Duft positiv auf. Das gesamte Personal war durchweg äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend – vom Reinigungsteam über den Concierge bis hin zum Parkservice vor dem Hotel. Besonders gut organisiert war auch der Ablauf rund um den Silvesterabend mit den Armbändchen. Trotz der Feierlichkeiten gelangten wir abends problemlos ins Hotel, und durch die zahlreichen Sicherheitskräfte fühlten wir uns jederzeit sehr sicher. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr sauber. Der Blick aus unserem Zimmer direkt auf den Big Ben war ein absolutes Highlight und einfach großartig. Einziges kleines Manko: Obwohl wir den Online-Check-in genutzt hatten, ließ sich die digitale Zimmerkarte in der App leider nicht aktivieren, da der entsprechende Button nicht verfügbar war. Dadurch mussten wir die Karten dennoch an der Rezeption abholen. Abschließend kann ich nur sagen: Das Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge ist eine absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen garantiert wieder! Die Lage, das Hotel selbst und die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung haben uns vollkommen überzeugt. Vielen Dank an das großartige Team vor Ort!"
