The hotel is perfectly central located in Chiado District in old Lisbon, close to shopping stores, licor store Garrafeira Nacional, lots of restaurant options walking distance. Very clean room and common areas. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The amenities in the room includes: Bluetooth speakers, coffee machine and coffee pods, kattle with selection of tea, minifridge, bathroom amenities. Great bar at the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel for business or tourist travel to Lisbon.

We loved it here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bright and even offered tea and coffee. There was a great selection of food on offer at breakfast and the bar was great in the evenings for food and cocktails. The location was perfect too, right in the centre of the city. Would really recommend this to anyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Steps away from Rua Augusta… the famous street of Lisbon. Staff were nice. Room had balcony. Very nice room, clean, fridge, nespresso, kettle. Safe to walk around during the night. Walking distance to Rossio.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived at 8Am so they stored our luggage and gave me a call when our room was ready (earlier than promised). This is a lovely boutique hotel centrally located in Baixxa neighborhood. They offered us a complimentary cocktail. We were able to walk to most places of interest from the hotel. I would love to return to this hotel!

The room was small but extremely clean; great spot to walk about; close to Rossio Square and Alfama. Pleasant and helpful staff. Coffee in room was great. Did not have breakfast there so can not comment. Staff did assist with transportation to airport. Overall, good choice.

Overall, this was a very nice hotel. However, room 421 had a strong smell of dead animal or rotting trash, which was only able to be slightly decreased by turning on the fan and the air conditioning. When speaking with the staff at the front desk, there was limited help. They said the reed diffusers were in every room, but our other room didn’t have one, so I suspect they were aware of the smell and still rent that room out. For what we paid; there’s shouldn’t have been a smell.
