Awful. We didn’t want to take one of their taxis because they didn’t tell us we needed to pay in cash. The staff at the front desk started to yell at my cousin and I as we started to walk away. He followed us out yelling at us until we left. Do not recommend

This hotel has an amazing location. It’s near multiple shopping areas and near the metro station. Also has multiple restaurants, cafes, and bakeries near by. The bed in the room was okay. Not the best but for 2 night stays it was worth it. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Lisbon if full of night life. Even though, in front of the hotel, it is generally busy and full of some entertainment, our room was quiet and was not disturbed by noise. We were able to find a laundromat near by (8 mins away-walking). This hotel is excellent for first time visitors to Lisbon.

Perfect location ! Many options close by for coffee, lunch and shopping. There was a lot of activity outside the hotel daily , music, dancers, and street performers. The rooms were fine, no extras , but clean . The only negative was there was a distinct and unpleasant odor in the back lounge area and on the first floor .

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel and the staff on reception were very helpful . Room lovely and clean . Just not a very pleasant view out of the window. Location was great with a minute walk to the metro .
