Zentral, modern und geräumig

Das Quartier kann ich für bis zu 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder absolut empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Das Haus liegt ca 1 km von der Promenade entfernt. Zur Piazza Grande sind es ca 800m. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in etwa 500m Entfernung (Aldi und Migros). Die Einrichtung ist so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. In der Küche ist an Geschirr alles da, was man braucht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die hervorragende Schallschutzwirkung der Fenster: Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte im nahe gelegenen Park ein Fest mit Live-Musik statt gefunden. Die Musik war auf der Balkon zwar recht laut, drinnen aber bei geschlossenem Fenster fast nicht mehr zu hören. Auch sonst ist es im Haus recht ruhig. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch und tatsächlich groß genug für einen King-Size-Kombi (z.B. Passat). Wissen sollte man: Es gibt zwar in den Schlafzimmern Standventilatoren, aber in der ganzen Wohnung keine Klimaanlage. Das war dieses Jahr bei Außentemperaturen von 25 - 28° C kein Problem. Man sollte nur daran denken, rechtzeitig den Sonnenschutz runterzulassen. Kleine Abzüge gibt es sozusagen in der B-Note: Die Agentur wirbt mit einer 24/7-Erreichbarkeit. Das ist allerdings nur die halbe Wahrheit, denn man erreicht zwar außerhalb normaler Bürozeiten oder am Wochenende jemanden in der Interhome-Zentrale, aber dort erhält man keinerlei Auskünfte dieses Quartier betreffend. Wir hätten eine Frage zum etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigen Müllkonzept gehabt, die leider erst am folgenden Montag beantwortet werden konnte. Ein anderes kleines Manko: Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn in den Bädern eine Handseife vorhanden gewesen wäre. Von diesen Kleinigkeiten abgesehen hat alles gepasst. Insbesondere war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen.
