The staff was very courteous, nice and very customer oriented. I do have an issue with the room rate of the extra night I had to stay due to a flight cancellation, however, I will manage that separately. I do have feedback on the room, it was clean and the bed comfortable, however, there small roaches in the bathroom. I spotted them twice and even killed one roach. Small black roaches roaming the bathroom, that should be looked at. Thank you

Mouse in first room, A/C issues in second room, German Cockroaches in the third room. Elevator would shudder and sink when you stepped on it, which was scary
