This very beautiful stone building of 250 m² built in a calm environment, very bright with its large rounded windows is located a few minutes from the Provençal village Le Plan-de-la-tour and can accommodate up to 10 to 12 people. (4 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with 4 single beds)

Composition of the villa:

Upstairs: you access it via a staircase followed by a mezzanine overlooking the living room/dining room. The bedrooms are distributed on each side of the mezzanine.



Two double bed rooms with a bathroom and a shower room and two independent toilets, a room with 4 single beds, a room with its private bathroom, a nursery room (changing table and small wooden bed for baby).



On the ground floor:

An independent room with shower room and toilet, external access via the terrace.

A fully equipped independent kitchen overlooking the terrace at the dining area level.

A large living room with a fireplace to relax in front of the television, separate from the dining area.

A large dining room with its small lounge area.



Summer, this house invites you to pleasant barbecue moments on its 300m² terrace equipped with a barbecue and dining furniture. The dining area is sheltered by a pergola.



Enjoy its magnificent secure swimming pool equipped with sun loungers. (Completely secured by a stone wall and can be closed by a small gate.)



New for 2023: beautiful fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen overlooking the garden and terrace.



This is the perfect place, with space, for peaceful holidays, with family or friends in a setting where it is pleasant to live.

For nature lovers and sports enthusiasts: Le Plan-de-la-Tour is the starting point for beautiful hikes and a boules court is available.

In the village, you will find two convenience stores, an excellent butcher, two artisan bakery-pastry shops, a pharmacy, typical bistros and gourmet restaurants, a florist, a newsagent, a greengrocer offering local producers' fruits and vegetables every morning, a post office, a tobacco shop, a hairdresser, 2 wine cellars, a hardware store. Weekly market on Thursday mornings with local produce, night markets on Fridays during the summer. There is everything you need and it is a village that has managed to preserve an authentic charm!



In 10 minutes you will reach Sainte Maxime, by the sea where many activities are available to you: water sports, coastal path hiking, casino, shops and restaurants, open-air theatre with shows, dance evenings and activities for children throughout the summer season.

Take advantage of boat shuttles accessible from the port to reach the village of Saint-Tropez and other famous villages of the Gulf.
