The food was ok although it would be preferred if there was more vegetarian options (especially on the beach bar). This place is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is great. The bus stop is right out front and will take you around for a few euros. The only thing is our WiFi in our room didn’t work and it wasn’t fixed during our 4 night stay.

The property is beautiful with Great pools and own private beach section. Excellent restaurants and beach lounge and drinks perfect. The grand family apartment was really good for our family of five with own bedrooms for kids and adults. The staff of the hotel is awesome. Lovely staff but an extremely dated hotel. The entrance and lobby area and main dining hall has no atmosphere and needs a major refurbishment. It’s a 3-4 star hotel at best. We had a lot of complaints when we first arrived like delayed check in, lack of pool towels, broken down water slides and even though the staff were apologetic it really dampened our stay. We have been to a few other Grecotels and this was by far the most disappointing.

Meals in the main restaurant were reasonable but not 5* Reception staff were slow at check in, I was offered rooms close together, as requested, then told I would have to pay another 300 Euros for one night! You can not fault the customer service at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, great variety of food and premium drinks available. Room was lovely with. Dual aspect balcony. The only comments are that the bathroom could do with an upgrade for a 5* hotel and shower could be more powerful. Also, buffet breakfast was not the warmest. Would recommend this hotel and will use again.
