Sky Ranch is on a mesa with the best views. There are trails nearby as well. It is in a quiet area after dark. The restaurant is an outdoor trailer (i.e., like a food truck). The food is made to order but not sit down inside. The beds are very soft.

I stayed on the ground floor and couldn’t sleep because of the loud noise coming from the unit above. The ceiling has very poor sound insulation, and the office staff weren’t able to resolve the issue. I don’t blame the people upstairs — they were just walking normally — but the constant disturbance clearly shows how weak the ceiling structure is.

This place probably has the best view in the area. It is located a few steps from one of the best observation sites in town. Also, a short walk to Mesa Grill which was excellent. The rooms are clean and cozy and very quiet. Our room shared a wall with a family with a toddler and we never heard them.

We loved our stay at Sky Ranch Lodge. We were traveling to northern Arizona and this was our first night stay of the week. After arriving, we soon wished we would’ve planned another night to stay but already had the next three nights booked elsewhere as we continued our trip farther north. Sedona is a beautiful area that we plan to return to and spend more time in—with our overnight accommodations being at Sky Ranch Lodge! The grounds were immaculate and provided a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. The Airstream “restaurant” was the perfect addition to this property to order a quick bite and enjoy a cocktail.
