The House of Architects has super easy access to the Spa and our room was really comfortable and a great design experience also all the staff were really friendly and welcoming .
We didn't dine in the restaurant the vibe was a bit too formal for us.
The town of Vals is also a lovely area to walk around and further up the valley the reservoir has great views.
Pros: exceptional spa. Staff are very friendly and welcoming
Cons: AC was inadequate. If you leave the balcony door open you would get the smoke from other guests smoking outside or worse the flying insects. No coffee or tea in room or minibar.
Overall pleasing
Amazing hotel, very friendly staff, incredible food. They also have lots of options for activities during the day that we were able to book day of like electric bikes or a helicopter tour! Highly recommend!
Highlight for us was the open spal from 11pm to 1am on Wednesdays - enjoying the heated spa in the chilly moonlight was a unique magical experience. The staff were also very good. Note there is no TV in the room although you can ask for one. The room size was ridiculously small though.

Nice but overpriced.
Overpriced for what you get. The room was less than expected and the hotel needs a renovation. Also shame to have a Mountain view but no balcony to enjoy it. The restaurant was good but again some items were outrageously expensive. Plus would be nice to see instead of Valser water in bottle that’s it’s free or only a few Francs and more environmentally friendly similar to Züri water. For the price paid not worth it.
