We chose this hotel based on the 8.5 rating. I have NO idea who is rating this hotel well. The hotel is very tired. Needs to be remodeled. The rooms just need to be refreshed. The beds were really hard. My granddaughter said "these are the hardest beds I ever felt". The evening clerk was courteous ...

Staff was great. Room was dirty, had broken door knob on bathroom door, window was fogged to the point you could not see out it, and for a mid week night, it was so noisy out in hall, parking lot, etc that we slept very little.

The door stuck closed you basically had to pry it open, the tv didn’t work even after I called the front desk twice and went down in person as well, the fridge smelled like mold, the shower head was barely hanging on it was unusable, the whole place smelled like stale cigarettes and was really sketchy. ...
