It was beautiful and perfect. All the staff was nice and friendly. They were able to answer any questions and happy to do so. The concierge and valet staff were amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

Lovely place! Clean and nice! Friendly staff and the rooms are super clean! Only down side beds were a little hard but everything else was great!

Best Western Plaza Inn
Outside pool is not heated as advertised. Lost power due to storm for over 1 hr.. Not their fault.

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort
We lived our stay here and will hopefully be returning next year! Kids loved the heated indoor pool we loved the views of the Smokey Mountains from the balcony.

Wilderness at the Smokies - Stone Hill Lodge
Our 1 bedroom suite was perfect in size and layout. Plenty of space to unpack. With two bathrooms it made a huge difference for all of us. The buffet was a bit expensive and thought it should have been included in the stay. Overall excellent experience!
