Tuve un problema con el cuarto y Cinthya la manager fue eficiente y profesional me solucionó, me encantó que le dio prioridad a mi comodidad y así es como pude tener una excelente estancia en el hotel , muy recomendable el hotel y sobre todo su Mánager!!!!
