Pleasantly surprised with the room and amenities. Only negative is that the hot water does not have a circulation pump so at 3:00 AM (early flight) it took a while to get hot water for a shower.

Shower had large crack in wall at ADA handle. All the metal in bathroom was so rusted it left rust stains on the towels. Hot and cold water was reversed at bathroom sink. Door card key malfunction and had to be reset by staff. There was only one small trash can and it was located in the bathroom ...

The rooms floor was dirty. I had to use a towel as a mop. When I told the front desk they told me that cleaning is done at 11am the next day. Yet no one came to sweep and mop.
