"Für einen 5Tage Aufenthalt in London, haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Ein Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer der Kategorie Club Zimmer. Das ganze Hotel, wie auch die Zimmer sind im englischen Styl gehalten. Gemütlich gestaltete Zimmer mit viel Komfort halten, was sie versprechen. Freundliche zuvorkommende Hotelangestellte vom Empfang, Restaurant und Housekeeping. Jederzeit hilfreiche Concierge. Kein Wunsch wurde uns verwehrt. Ob morgens ein Kaffee aufs Zimmer oder ein Extrakissen. Alles wurde perfekt erledigt. Sehr gute internationale Frühstücksauswahl, tolle Restaurantküche, ein sehr gemütlicher Pub. Ein sauberer Fitnessbereich hat mich persönlich begeistert. Die stimmigen Möbel in den Hotelzimmern haben eine freundliche Patina, was uns eher freut, da man davon ausgehen kann, das dies Hotel auch genutzt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die neuen Matratzen, die neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Wir hatten das Gefühl, das darauf besonders Wert gelegt wurde. Rundum fühlten wir uns willkommen und werden im September wieder hier einkehren."
