"The AIRA Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem. Everything is exactly as one would expect from a hotel of this category. Reception The staff are always helpful and friendly. They remembered where we had been and asked how our day trips or shopping tours went, even suggesting what could be improved. For spontaneous excursions, we could always rely on the reception for assistance – most things were organized promptly and with great care. The doorman was consistently friendly and attentive. Rooms & Cleanliness The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and everything worked perfectly. Our room faced the street with a balcony, yet thanks to excellent sound insulation we only heard the occasional very loud honk. Cleanliness was impeccable, and housekeeping always made sure we had everything we needed. The Essence Restaurant & Sky Bar At the restaurant, we were always warmly welcomed. The staff explained the dishes in detail and even gave us a small crash course in Vietnamese culture – for example, how to say thank you in Vietnamese or where the dishes originated from. The food was outstanding and left nothing to be desired. The price–performance ratio is excellent. The Sky Bar offers a fantastic view over Hanoi, with covered seating available even in the rain.
