We were very happy when I contacted the hotel. They were willing to pick us up at the train station. Our room and view were amazing and the breakfast as well as the dinner at the hotel was quite delicious. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well would definitely stay there again.

ParkHotel Schoenegg is in just the right place. Near to the train station, next to Grindelwald First and right around many dinning choices. The staff are all great and very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. The breakfast is great and their dinner is also delicious.

Easy access to and from the train station and central to being able to get access to experience First. The staff was absolutely lovely. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Location, service, room and view, view, VIEW! We would 1000% stay here again. Varena at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and the gentleman at the hotel restaurant in the mornings was so kind and hospitable. We don’t leave reviews often but this was an A+ stay for us.

Everything about the property fit, what we were hoping for. It was conveniently located, the room was comfortable and pristine, and the food was plentiful and excellent. The two things that went above and beyond our expectations for the staff and the sauna. I can’t say enough about the staff. Every person we met was cheerful and extremely helpful. As for the sauna, it was a magnificent and always empty, perhaps because it’s hidden away a bit. I cannot recommend this property highly enough for a stay in Grindelwald.
