Good location, not great cleanliness

Check in was quick and easy - loved that it was all done via the app. I had an issue with my safe and a member of the maintenance team was there to fix it within 10 minutes, which was so appreciated. All staff members were kind + helpful. A few major issues to note. There was only 1 working lift for the entire hotel - a lot of waiting to get to the room with heavy case. I opted to take the stairs once I had all my belongings. The room was slightly dirty when I arrived, there was hairs on the bed spread + dust on some of the amenities. I managed to clean them off myself, but this was disappointing. The shower curtain was very flimsy and dirty, it did not trap much of the water from the shower so there was water all over the toilet floor. There was no hand/body lotion in the room, the dispenser listed as lotion contained hand soap. Overall a decent stay as a solo traveller for one night but probably won't be back again.

The room has everything, is modern and clean but it is very small and as you cannot open the window either you get cabin fever also no tea / coffee making facilities in the room

Room too small with the toilet right in middle of the room. No reception desk, you have to check yourself in, elevator was not working, the noise level is high with street noise and train. Fortunately, we were staying only one night. I do not recommend it .
