Was absolutely amazing! I stayed on the top floor overlooking London and wee peak of the St Paul”s Cathedral. Aircon was amazing in the hot weather. Coffee pod machine, stylish room. I can’t compliment this room enough. Staff were very helpful and kind especially after coming in from a long haul flight from NZ. Highly recommend the continental breakfast. Will 100% be back again.

The hotel lounge coffee area are all very nice, however the bells of St Paul’s Cathedral meant that I was kept awake most of the night, which was super annoying. The AC in the room was nosey and over bearing, as was shutter style air blower by window. I had two hours sleep in total and rang twice to complain, at 1.45am someone came to physically turn off the AC as it wouldn’t from my room and I was offered a complimentary breakfast at Cote next door but still paid £285 for my room with no offer of a refund or % discount, I would not stay here again in this area due to the constant bells ringing. Hotel could consider offer ear plugs.cote lovely for meals and steak frites always a winner as was their breakfast. Nice £1 offer on first coffee at hotel on arrival.

The property is centrally located with St Pauls Cathedral right outside its doors. Plenty of restaurants in the area and very walkable to many things. The staff genuinely did a good job of handling our check-in issues. We had to be relocated twice due to AC not working in our original room, we came during a heatwave. We ended up in a room that was a bit smaller than what we originally booked, but it was still fairly comfortable. The staff wanted to make some accommodations for our troubles, which we asked if we could handle the next day since we'd been traveling 14 hours and were exhausted.

Very nice except bathroom has sewage smell

Great locations, helpful stuff. They even gave us early check in. Appreciated their service. Newly renovated room but the bathroom had sewage smell. The room is clean except that smell so doing business in the bathroom was tough.

I loved this hotel. It was in a great location, the staff were very friendly, they had plenty of fun amenities, but there was no way to control the thermostat. I spent most of the time sweating while in my room.

Club Quarters at St. Paul left much to be desired. We stayed for a full week in order to be centrally located to activities. Club Quarters is definitely designed for the hands-off traveler...the staff at the hotel were far from friendly or accommodating. After the first night, we had to inform them that our shower leaked and was not draining and the air conditioner blew all night without getting below 74*. We were traveling with other people or we would have found a different hotel. They fixed the draining issue, but their maintenence team left tge bathroom in a wreck...including their draino solution behind and a broken drinking glass with glass shattered all over the floor. We definitely will not be returning to this hotel or staying in any of its companion properties.

The location is amazing! Close to shops, food and of course St Pauls. It was a comfortable clean room with all the amenities you required for your stay. I also appreciated the water bottles and refill station by the elevator before you started your day. The only downfall for us was the pillows not a huge fan of down filled pillows but the bed and duvet was extra cozy otherwise.
