I just love the hotel and its staff! Stayed there March 21 to 23rd, 2025. The room was very spacious and had a little kitchen, very convenient. Next door was a cafe and a souvenir/grocery store so we could easily buy breakfast and our necessary supplies like water, etc. Hotel was also walking distance to the London eye. Staff was very responsive to our request for extra pillows and late checkout. Our room had a great view of the city. The bathroom and room was very clean, bed so comfortable. I just love the hotel and would definitely stay there again.
The property was very nice but be aware of some homeless around. The tube is literally across the street and there are places to get a quick bite to eat fairly quickly as well. The primary negative with the hotel are the slow elevators. Only 1 of 3 was operating while we were there and people on the second or third floors don’t get the hint to walk.
Very convenient. I min walk to the tube station. Very close to major attractions. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Everything is good. Will definitely book again next time if traveling to London.
Unfriendly overall, they only care about business.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Not so good. On our first night we were unable to arrive due to the Heathrow fire. I called the hotel and messaged them before the deadline but they have no compassion and charged me anyway for the first night i was not there. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service on an issue that was 100% out of our control. My advice, avoid this hotel if you want customer service. Also, the hotel was dirty and old.
Great location and staff, and very positive overall experience. Rooms were comfortable, with the exception of poor temperature control and odd shower design that made it impossible to keep the bathroom dry. The elevators are a problem- inadequate for size of the property, resulting in long waits a frequent need to use stairs from high floors.
