Location is 10/10 Checkin/out is 10/10 Room# 502 is too small, AC makes noises when it's on and gets too cold at night due to a closet size space. Staffs are wonderful 10/10 There is drinking water in the lobby which is 10/10 feature.

This was the first leg of a very long trip! I arrived to the hotel late, at about 11PM, and the staff were quick and efficient at checking me in so I could relax after a long flight. The room I had booked was on the smaller side, but, that being said, it was exactly what I needed as I wasn't planning on being in the room for extended periods of time. I stayed on the 5th floor and it was quiet and comfortable. The room was freshened up every day. I really, really enjoyed my stay. I have already booked another stay as I'm back in London. This time, because I anticipate needing more room, I booked one of the larger rooms. Finally, the area around the hotel is very well situated near shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and train lines to get you to other ends of the city.

One night break away

From outside the building was very clean and looked lovely. We were close to all amenities and travel choices. The concierge was polite and friendly, check in was easy and our room was clean and had what we needed for our one night break away. Would recommend and great price, what more do you need?! Lovely hotel in a residential area which is very convenient for Earls Court tube station. I’d booked a single room at a good price but was given a free double room upgrade. Friendly reception staff. Clean hotel and I would definitely book again.

Decent/compact/good for a short stay.

Compact double room for short trip to Earls Court, comfortable single beds, enough wardrobe storage for short trip for <2 days. En suite shower decent. Housekeeping was good. Didn’t try the dining experience as went to local fooderies instead - Paul at top of the road was a pretty good chain boulangerie. Bit pricey, but overall a good experience. Good aircon on hot days.

Excellent location right near Earl’s Court tube station and many restaurants/convenience stores. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional and rooms were very clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, although on the smaller size, it was big enough to store our bags and comfortable enough for our needs. Bathroom was nice and renovated. Overall, well worth the stay.
