Brilliant staff, luxurious rooms & fab location

Reception staff are outstanding! Room was wonderful and the hotel is in an incredible location close to shopping entertainment and bars/ restaurants. A must visit for a visit to London.

Excellent location with easy walking access to many popular sites in London. Despite the activity in the area, the hotel room was perfectly quiet. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive to all our questions and requests, and had the room set up upon arrival for our family of four. Highly recommend!

Lovely weekend retreat.

We received a very warm welcome which continued throughout our stay. The hotel is situated in an excellent location to all the westend shops, theatres and restaurants. Our room was extremely comfortable, clean with good toiletries and amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location for theatre land. Drawback is unable to get taxi to the door. Great breakfast with excellent staff. Room not immediately available despite arriving at 3pm. Nespresso coffee machine in room pretty useless and lack of milk to make own drinks. Great shower. Overall pretty good despite my negative comments.

Hotel has the perfect location to go walk abouts in London. On arrival we were seen straight away and the room was actually ready so we could drop our bags in the room. Room was comfortable and clean. Coffee facility in room ok just not enough milk. The shower was a pain to work out I couldn’t to be honest. The bed was lovely and the pillows were heaven. Would definable stay again

The rooms were very outdated and tired and in need of maintenance considering it’s supposed to be 5 star.. Toilet handle broken Paint chipped everywhere No mini bar Air conditioning did not work Light switch dimmer broken For the price you pay, this should not be happening and was very disappointing

This property felt like a trip back in time to the early ‘70’s meaning the furniture and fixtures were completely outdated. £600 per night for this piece of crap should be illegal. Staff were great but the room was horrible

The stay was great. The hotel is very nice the people are very helpful and the location is perfect. If I could make a suggestion it would be better water pressure in shower and safer way to get in and out of shower tub it’s quite high for some people

This is my go to hotel on Leicester Square. This place is straightforward, sound proofed and nice accommodation for the price. Now that I have stayed many places on and around Leicester Square, I would not want to stay anywhere else. The air con also works well. I would stay here if I had to choose a place that was good for the theatres around LS and also LS itself.
