Lift is very small and slow. There was renovation going on which made it hard to move around the very narrow hallways from lift to room. It's not very clean for the star rating of this hotel (might be due to the renovation going on but still should have been a bit cleaner) as there were garbage along hallways (from the staff themselves). Front staff were not very friendly (very stuck up for whatever reason), however, other staff members such as housekeeping, maintenance, etc were very nice and helpful. Would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Hassle getting checked in. Then a room next to a fire door. All night hearing it banging shut. A leak from the bathroom into the bedroom causing a wet carpet. When saying something about it to the reception lady being met with a bockstandard "I will make a note". But clearly she could not give a damn. Last time at Radisson if we can help it.

The reception Is not very welcoming when I arrived. It is a bit disappointing after 6 hour journey. The breakfast reception is really friendly and welcoming. No sugar for the tea in room.

Room was really small. Air conditioning was not working. Complained and received a small fan. and someone came to work on it the next day. Worked for that night and then did not work again. Complained again, no one came. I had to tell them to fix it or move us to another room. We moved that day. The new room was much better. Larger and AC! Still nowhere to hang your towel, and no electrical plugs by bed. NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES! People were nice and polite but I would not stay for more than a night.

It was convenient, and it provided a place to crash. But the AC didn’t fully work, the bathroom is really small and the sink didn’t drain well. It also took a long time for the bath water to get hot before a shower. But the restaurant downstairs was convenient and delicious, it’s close to a tube station, and there are plenty of walkable restaurants

Hotel is in a great location, close to the underground, cafes, restaurants and museums. Rooms and elevators are small and carpet needs an upgrade. I would stay here again!

Radisson Blue Kensington is a good value hotel. The small room, bath, etc., was expected and worked well for me. However, if you are a big person, you may want to consider getting a larger room.
