Service was great. Location for the conference being attended, good. General condition seemed good though may have seen better days. The room was fine for an overnight stay, but I found the bed too hard for my preferences.

Great location; across street from Hyde Park and close to transit stations. Beautiful old building and rooms were adequately sized, but the decor needs attention. I understand that they are going for a retro ‘70’s vibe, but it just looks shabby and old and needs some refreshing. Smells a bit musty too. It could be really beautiful on the inside if some updating was done. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay.

Our check-in was seamless, and our stay was perfect. Biscuits and tea bags were provided in our room each day, which made for a lovely start to the day. Easy walk to several tube stops. Would stay again and highly recommend.
