This hotel is wonderfully located in Central London within easy walking distance to most of the tourist sites and so close to tube Stations and bus service. There are numerous great restaurants and bars nearby and the hotel also has a lovely bar and restaurant. We checked in early due to an early flight and Nalin was wonderful in helping us out. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend The Grand.

I loved this property. We had 3 rooms but make sure when you book that you want a non-smoking room as one of the rooms definitely had someone smoking in it when we got in. I don't know if all the rooms are non-smoking but this one someone was definitely smoking in there before we arrived and the smell stayed there the entire 4 days we were there.

We like this location with plenty of dining options close by. We could walk to the West End theaters. A bonus...if you need to do laundry, they have a self-serve station that does not require additional payment, which was very convenient. Coffee is available near the lobby as well.
