Such a lovely hotel with wonderfully comfortable well furnished rooms. Checking in/reception staff were friendly & helpful. The only downside was the breakfast but it could have just been on the day we were there. Service was extremely slow & we were left without butter for toast & coffee didn’t arrive until we asked twice. The pastry basket contained banana bread (?) & was more expensive than ordering individual items. I didn’t want to pay an additional £5 for water so asked for tap which was warm. Other than that it really is a lovely boutique hotel.

The staff are amazing, very attentive without being overly, the hotel itself is warm and inviting, enough bars and restaurants which ypu wouldnt expect from the outside. Very unassuming but spot on for anything a traveller would need.

Great value for money. Good location. Friendly staff. Only slight niggle is that the bathroom has glass tiles at the top so if someone uses bathroom during the night the light illuminates the bedroom also. But would defo recommend.

this hotel is absolutely elegant. The room was very nicely appointed, the staff as helpful as they could be and the location was quite quiet. The bed was quite comfortable. The location is about a block from a tube stop. It's not cheap but it was worth it.

Beautiful, quirky room, with top grade mod cons. VERY comfortable bed, great toiletries available, along with usual tea coffee etc. A super perk was also free soft drinks!! All the staff, from initial front of house to the bar staff in the evening, were so welcoming. We really felt looked after! On a practical note, this is a quiet (amazing for London!) location but right in the heart of the City with a beautiful walk along by the river just a few minutes away. The Shard is less than 20 minutes stroll and Tate Modern is even closer.

The room is perfect and the hotel has a very homely feel about it but in a great location with everything you could need. Very friendly staff. I always try and stay here when I work in London
