It was a late check-in and the bathtub and sink were clogged. We had to wait for almost an hour for water to drain every time we use it. Bed had a metal/spring between the mattress and bed board and was making annoying noise when you move or get in and out of the bed. The room had a musty and strong smell when we first arrived. Had to open the windows to get air into the room and make the smell escape the room.

Wet towels were left on the tub, sink didn’t drain well, and most of all I forgot gifts in the room, which housekeeping stated the didn’t find. They were left in the drawer and not out in the open, so if the rooms were checked thoroughly the housekeeping for sure would have found them.

The AC smells badly when turn on so we didn't use it. Breakfast area is too small to accommodate many guests. We have to take the food and eat in our room. The food variety aren't great. The pancake machine broken down often. They should just cook that themselves.
