Love the remodel

Unfortunately the girl that checked us in gave me a single bed when my reservation clearly stated 2 queen beds . When I returned to front desk and an older staff member assisted me she asked the girl that checked me why did she give me only one bed when I requested 2 beds and her response was “that’s what she requested “ when clearly my reservation was 2 beds . I understand I was the second person that evening it happened to. Perhaps more training for the girl that checked us in otherwise we had no other issues with that. Might I suggest an assortment of pillows be used . I personally like a flatter pillow and all the pillows we had very firm and puffy.

The room was clean. The elevator was dirty and was not cleaned during my stay. The TV in our room did not work. The windows should definitely be replaced because they were not properly sealed and did not close, therefore we heard a lot of noise and wind throughout the night. It was a restless night.

The food and drink was excellent at the Tap Restaurant. The music was too loud and not geared for elderly guests. The waitress said she could not turn down the volume because Corporate sets the volume and music selection.

Furst time but not my last

My stay was last minute, it was for work...a travel nurse. I really was worried about the expense n my overall comfort. It didn't disappoint, the room was lively, clean, but most of all comfortable. I will be staying again.

I rented two rooms and when we arrived I checked into both but we only drop off our bags in one as we were all hungry so we left to go eat first. When we came back my son went to his room and found that it was not clean there were used condoms in the trash can. He went to reception and asked if someone could come clean and when asked why he showed them a pic of the condoms, the rep checked her system and said you checked in hours ago aren't those yours. My son told her I am here with my mom and younger brother which of the two you think I did? He was upset, he told her we went straight to eat after we checked in and no one went inside that room, also there is a camera outside the room in the hallways check to see if I went in before now. The manager came in and apologize and had him moved to another room. In the end they comp the parking which cost $50 per night, and the cleaning fee which was $87.50. The hotel front desk staff and the valet people are not friendly pretty snobbish, and I thought a deposit of $200 per night per room was kind of high, I paid $1200 for that, but it was returned fairly quickly after we check out. The only place I would give 5stars is the restaurant the staff was very friendly and although the food was not that great just the vibe there was well worth it.
