Just kinda sucked. My wife said “why did we book a motor lodge?” Small awkward 2 rooms in building adjacent to main building. They could accommodate joining rooms so my 14 year old twins slept down the hall. Our suv would not fit in parking garage so had to park 1/4 mile away. Most equipment broken in gym. Never got a bill but got charges on my card. Breakfast was decent.

Older hotel, but clean and accessible. I had one complaint that there was no water to purchase after 10pm. We were told that we’d have to walk a block away to 7-eleven. A little disappointed with that comment. I went to the bar area and the bartender was able to accommodate me with some water. Other than that, it was good location, accessible to pier 39.

The hotel was amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel as a whole was the same and the breakfast in the morning was great. Loved being able to walk to many parts of the city very easily, including pier 39, Chinatown, and the trolleys!

Beautiful hotel inside and out! Perfect location very near the Wharf and Piers. Walkable to many locations. No safety comcerns. The breakfast is top notch delicious with multiple offerings and fresh food-eggs, breakfast meats, fruits, veggies, yogurts, cereals, breads and pastries, beverages (LOVED the Smoked Salmon option!). Staff helpful and friendly. The downside was the high cost of parking $60 per night. I understand space and location but that seemed excessive

I had some technical difficulties with my booking (not the fault of the hotel), but the staff was very patient and helpful with resolving it. They even upgraded my room. The location is prime walking distance from all the tourist spots.

I normally don't book hotel rooms with breakfast, too many mediocre pancakes at the Holiday Inn, lol. But the breakfast was definitely a highlight of this hotel. They had such a great variety and super fresh fruits. The room was wonderful, it felt big and the beds were comfy. I was also thankful for this location. Any easy walk to Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf, and so close to the cable car start for line Powell/Mason.
