DON'T STAY HERE!! There was a bloody pillow case in our room along with a dirty towel and the lock didn't work either. It was just for decoration. Called to try to get the bloody pillow issue fixed but all they offered was a new pillow case. Our stay was just to spend the night, realized about the pillow after 10 p.m had it to wake up at 3:30 a.m didn't had time to be calling the front again , to tell them about the lock or the dirty towel the next morning. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The only good thing about this property is that the parking is gated and its within walkable distance to fishermans wharff. The hotel is super dated. No AC which is fine because your close to the beach. Bad things about the property: they have more rooms than parking spots (51 rooms, 29 parking behind gate)so if you dont go early you may or may not get a spot. If you do get there early they charge a 15 fee for early parking on top of the 30 a night parking but your pretty much forced into it because if you wait they may not have parking for you. If you book directly with them and not third party the parking is cheaper. They shut boiler off in the middle of the night so that the heater doesnt work so if you have the heater on it just blows cold air. We asked why it wasnt working and they stated sometimes people complain it gets too hot so they shut it off in the middle of the night. You have to call the front desk to have it turned on. Customer service was not great. The woman working at the front did not seem happy to be answering any questions. The wallpaper in the room was falling off. Limited outlets and most were behind furniture. The sheets appeared to be stained so im not even sure if they were changed before we got there. Ive stayed at this hotel 3 times and this time was the worst. It wasnt worth splurging on the larger room and the customer service was better in the past. They didnt charge for parking in the past and now do. Not sure if id stay here again.

Cool spot cool experience

I like my room, but the place still had multiple renovations planned for their science. Parking was safe and reasonable price walking distance to cool places 7-Eleven, right across the street. My room had a balcony which is cool. Bed was in good shape. I wish the room had some USB ports to easier charge my devices. Was worth the money. Just wasn’t fancy like for a client in current condition. Towels are good. Bathroom was good soaps were nice. I met clients to go fishing had lovely Martha’s great experience.

My view wasnt to good. Like it showed on the pics but i did get a basic room so thats probably why. BUT the room are comfy snd floors are very nice wit beautiful wood floors front desk young lady is very nice and friendly front desk has sum one there 24 hrs. So if u need extra stuff u will get it. Also everyting is around u. And a store is open 24hrs across the street very happy bout dat and not far from pier 39. Walkin distance. Parking is kinda small so if u have a truck let front desk know ahead of yo check in or at check in. But its gated in so no worries bout ppl breakin in yo vehicle. Beds sheets are klean and my bed was kinda not perfect but good enough to sleep in. I diff will come again

Great location, extremely run down.

Location was perfect. Literally felt like we were staying in fisherman’s wharf. Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Those are the only positive things to say. Arrived after midnight and when we pulled up felt extremely unsafe. The hotel was so run down. Exiting the elevator I realized we made a mistake booking this hotel. The outside walk areas are so rundown and gross. First room the curtains weren’t hung correctly so we couldn’t close them, thankfully they had another room available on a different floor, still run down, could hear everything in the room next to us. I felt so unsafe staying here. Our room had been update, but cheaply done. Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly and we would need to remove the top to manual get it to flush. I think the room was clean, but the overall feeling of hotel was unsafe and run down that made everything feel this way. Never had a hot shower while there. When we were looking for a hotel we knew we wouldn’t spend anytime in the room, which we didn’t.

This is an older property. They are attempting and successfully doing some renovations. The bathroom was nice and the bed was comfy, so that is most important. Location was good. A few questionable folks hanging in the area, but I felt safe.

Room reserved was unavailable. Switched to a different room that was well below hotel standards. Peeling paint, windows and doors that didn’t seal properly, toilet was faulty. Staff were conveniently unavailable to address any issues. Management was supposed to call me back but never did. This is a hotel of last resort. Only stay here if you’re desperate
