There was no microwave in the room, only 2 decaf coffee 1 re coffee and 1 tea pod for the keurig and charged $3 for a little reg bottle of water. AC was super loud sounded like a train going by. $30 night parking

We loved the Hotel however if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and be able to sleep this is not the hotel. The bars across the street are super loud and you cannot sleep, too much noise going on all night and early morning. But if you a party goer then this is your spot! Also there is no parking only valet and it’s in a I’ve way street so be mindful when arriving otherwise you have to go a few blocks down and cone around again to be able to enter correctly into the hotel. Also there is a lot of traffic due to it being close to all the shops and restaurants.

The room was comfy & clean. The valet staff were AMAZING. The front desk staff did not greet us upon arrival & we had to keep inching closer and closer to the desk to be greeted and to be told to wait one moment. (Which doesn’t bother us, but they should start with that instead of ignoring). The screen door & bathroom door didn’t work well. But other than that, the room was great. The guest would benefit from being informed that the key starts the power in the room. Would recommend this hotel to everyone & stay there again. Thank you for the stay.

We stayed here for 7 nights and have stayed here in the past. As with before, the guest facing staff and the food and service in the restaurants were excellent. We were displeased with housekeeping in general as common areas - especially floors and carpets were dirty. They only came into our rooms every other day to clean and when they did, they didn't do a very good job either as dirty towels were left and the bathroom wasn't very clean when we first arrived either. They seemed to be understaffed with housekeeping - they probably should've told us on arrival as it would've tempered our expectations.

We were assigned a room that was designed for occupants that are mobility challenged and require assistance for normal in room activity. Neither my Wife nor I are affected with any of these conditions. This room should be reserved for the intended clients thus we were left feeling quite uncomfortable in this room. The Balcony door did not have a screen so leaving the door open to enjoy the Beach Air was not possible without allowing insects into the room. Overall, the facilities were very clean, and the staff was exceptional. We will most likely stay at a different location on our next trip.
