I truly enjoy the location of this property. Only a parking lot separates you from the sand and sea. Local restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance and the pier is just across the parking lot. I've stayed here several times and always get a room with an ocean view. I will be back!

Try Vespera instead

After the first night my son had bites on his legs and the sink was clogged. They did move us right away. Food was ok at the roof top bar. Housekeeping did not come to our room until almost 5pm to change out towels, ect.. felt bad for the ladies, as it looked like they didn't have much help. Didnt charge us for valet, for obvious reasons.. or that was 30$ a day, and no where near to park. wish I tried the Vespera instead, their pool looked so much better too! I wanted to like this place so bad, but it was just mediocre.

I showed up at time of check in and had to wait 45 minutes for my room. The front desk associate tried to make it right and upgrade my room and the manager didn’t not allow it.

A floor mat should be provided in the shower ! The tile is slippery after one uses the soap, shampoo, and conditioner ! Other than that our stay was excellent! We hope to see I again on the future!

It was a great room , but the floor felt dirty, and there were dirty towels outside our room door. I also was disappointed that rooftop bar was closed for a private party.

Not worth the price tag.

For the price tag, you would hope for much more. The floors in the hallway to the rooms were really bad, the carpet was nasty. The rooms are honestly dirty, if you look in the corners and flooring there’s just built up dirt. The beds were creaky, every time I would change from side to side while sleeping it was so loud and creaky. The views were pretty with oceanfront if you can get past the parking lot that is between you and the view. (A very loud and packed parking lot) The service wasn’t great, I asked for an extra blanket… they never showed. The people at the front desk aren’t very warm and welcoming, which is your first impression of a hotel a smiling face and a warm welcome. TBH every employee I encountered during our stay was sub par except for the long hair guy who works the restaurant in the morning, he was super smiley, happy, kind and helpful! The other waiters hardly smile and again, just subpar. The rooftop restaurant was our favorite part of the stay, they had great servers up there and the food was yummy. All in all, won’t be staying there again. For what we paid per night ($850) I would muchhhh rather stay at a resort that’s clean and friendly.

The room rates are high and not having access to all the amentities is frustrating. Guests should be aware of the limited access during booking.

I loved the location of this property, it’s exactly what we wanted! Loved the rooftop dining as well. I don’t believe the rooms were equipped with enough extras. We had to ask for Kleenex and toilet paper. There were no extras in the room. There were also holes in our bottom sheet (at a Hilton!) we had asked for a refresher if towels, only got hand towels as the others were drying! There aren’t that many rooms and there should have been plenty of towels. Their valet was super efficient and quick!

I loved the location of the hotel and the balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff were very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable and well stocked. The hallway carpets are extremely soiled and in need of replacement but that did not impact my stay
