Room was large and comfortable but neded maintenance. A window was cracked, the overhead light did not work and the shower needed some updating including grab bars. I thought requiring valet parking at $32/night was a bit much. The outside fireplaces were very nice as was the patio seating. The music over the weekend was lovely.

Great location and staff was friendly . However, hotel conditions were poor. Bathroom had a lot of mold and missing shower glass caused water to spill over, which is probably contributing to the mold. Also, toilet flooded. Property has a lot of potential but needs to be upgraded.

Amazing Stay

The hotel is across the street from the beach! Walking distance to dining. Walking distance to the Marina and Shopping. The decor was tastefully designed and we loved the old Santa Barbara style. Quiet

We really enjoyed our stay was disappointing that we couldn’t stay another night! Really kind staff including valet. We were even able to check in early via text message! Lots of garden furniture to relax. Fire pits! We had a renovated room with a fabulous ocean view. Bonus: L’occitaine products! Would stay here again. Thank you so much.

Condition of rooms is not good. Pictures were very deceptive. Beautiful property on the exterior, but the quality of the rooms are not at all in alignment with the costs of the stay.

The location is right on the beach within walking distance of several restaurants and Stearns wharf. The milo is has friendly staff, is clean and quiet. It is also a very beautiful property and location.

Loved the location but probably just got the worst room in the hotel. It was close to street and right next to valet. Only window was facing the guest lounge. So loud all night long. Probably killed 5 spiders during my stay.
