My husband and I were in the area for a birthday party. The check-in process was easy, and we loved the free coffee provided in the lobby. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only area that needed more care was the shower- the bottom of the shower curtain was a little dirty and there was something stained on the shower wall. Overall, I would highly recommend this property due to excellent service and nice facilities.

Awful. Pathetic customer service. LIARS, DISRESPECTFUL and they don’t care at all. Over priced with poor conditions. DON’T WASTE your time and money. Never again! Protect yours and go elsewhere.
Holes in the shower wall because they tried to resecure the grab handle. It was still loose and would have easily broken off if a person were to have used it. It almost happened to me.
Counter was dirty and scratched.
Sink was dirty with the vanity mirror hanging by one type of string. Really?
Bent ironing board that my iron kept tipping over when trying to stand it up. Fire hazard.

I have stayed there before. Had a fireplace on another visit. The pool was very nice. Outside heater wasn't available on the cool evening.That would have been great, but they don't light them in the summer. The breakfast is just small pastries and tea or coffee. I would cal it a mini continental breakfast. bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.

This property was clean. It was really nice staying here right across the street. You can go to a restaurant. You cross one more street. There’s another restaurant. Everything is nearby. You can walk to the beach.

Our stay was short, but we would come back. The staff ( Victor) at check in was cordial and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, well ventilated with windows, and comfortable. The area was quiet especially at night. We were very pleased by that since we were near the street and other hotels. The beach is a short walk across the street past another hotel. Check out was friendly and so fast we didn’t even remember to catch a name to compliment.

It was absolutely fantastic! I went to a wedding across the street at the community center on East Beach and it was so much fun to stay there. The whole wedding party was there and it was just a great time!

The receptionist was polite but he had an ear bud in. It would be nice if he told you which floor your room was on and if it was at the front or rear of the property. The manager was nice, but the guest upstairs was stomping around at midnight, the gate was outside our window and is locked after 9pm and people let it slam shut, our shower and shower head had mold. The rest of the place was clean. It close to the water. I would not recommend. I will not be returning.
