We’ve been to this hotel 3 years ago and we loved it. That’s why we returned this year. The place is nice, good parking, close to the train, nice pool, nice view, clean. But this time the furniture was no longer in good condition: bed was broken, the couch also had a problem - was difficult to sleep, the chairs looked bad even if they had a cover. And it wasn’t only in our room as our friends had the same in their apartment. That’s a pitty as the property is great.

Short walk from train to hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Check-in required deposit which was returned after room inspection by check-out staff. No breakfast available as onsite restaurant was closed for season; one very good option for dinner nearby.

This resort is an ideal location to ski in Balme / Le tour area. Staffs are friendly. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed. This is the one for you.

Vallorcine

The apartment was great but it seemed so quiet that it lacked a little atmosphere. Vallorcine is probably a bit too quiet and because all the amenities are spread out it didn’t really have a village hub.

Great Apartment and Location

Great apartment and location. We could not check in until over 2 hours after the check in time, which was very frustrating after a very long journey. Also the there were a few other niggles such as only one room pass between the 10 of us staying and also trolleys to take luggage up to room seem to disappear and never return - otherwise we would have given 5 out of 5. We would return though.

Magnificent place with friendly staff

Brilliantly placed for access to the mountains and the free trains and buses along the valley make getting around a pleasure. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and the swimming pool/spa was a definite plus! The rooms are very well insulated so you don't hear noise from other apartments and the parking on site is excellent.

Front desk is was unprofessional apart from one ma

Front desk need to be more organised, at front desk apart from one man who was very friendly rest are not fit to be the role. Mainly I have never seen manager who has no smile in her face. Poor sign posted.
