UNA Hotels Decò Roma

"Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt gut. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Bett bequem und die Umgebung größtenteils ruhig. Lediglich in der Dusche roch es etwas nach Abwasser.
Im Bereich Service gab es jedoch Luft nach oben. An der Rezeption wirkte die Stimmung nicht passend für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel – der Mitarbeiter machte einen eher nörgeligen Eindruck, und sein Gesichtsausdruck vermittelte uns nicht das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Auch an der Bar fehlte das gewisse Etwas: Der Mitarbeiter war freundlich und hilfsbereit, erklärte aber selbst, dass er eigentlich kein Barkeeper sei. Ein richtiger Smalltalk oder das typische Barkeeper-Feeling kam dadurch nicht auf.
Insgesamt also ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber mit klaren Schwächen im Service im Vergleich zu anderen Vier-Sterne-Hotels."
