We were especially happy to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Nile view room. This was a very nice gesture and greatly appreciated. The hotel is centrally located near the souk and on the Nile. The pool area is very relaxing and scenic. The breakfast is great with a huge variety of options. The restaurant food was good but not memorable. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They go above and beyond and are genuinely friendly and helpful. Mohamed and Tareq were our waiters and were excellent. We’ll remember this hotel because of them. The only negative is the room. It’s a bit dated. Overall very happy with this hotel.
