Any JW Marriott I stay at is awesome, this one was exceptional. The executive lounge for Platnium and above members was well stocked, staffed and lots of food choices for breakfast and for evening happy hour. My only regret was not staying longer!

Upon check-in the hotel staff assured me there were not any king beds available although my reservation was for a king bed non smoking room. They offered me a twin bed instead which I refused. Then they offered me a king bed in the smoking section which I did not want. After all this which last a better part of 20 minutes after I had just got off a plane and was tired they finally said that they have the room that I booked. This room was available the entire time which I'm not sure why they didn't just give me my room and allow me to go up initially instead of lie and try to change me to something I didn't want. The room was not cheap as I paid $600 dollars per night for it and they put me through the ringer trying to preserve the room I paid for through expedia for a walk in on their end which they can up charge and sell for more money. I will not be staying here again as I don't like to feel being taken advantage of or lied to.Will not recommend staying here
