Yes room was good, we had a dog friendly room for my friends service dog. Spa was lovely and clean, staff were great to help with all information we needed Reception staff were really helpful. We were room only but had breakfast on one day. Was ok. We went to portobello cafe much better

The room was very clean and had everything we needed ( except a hairdryer). Staff were lovely and friendly. Nice atmosphere! We would not hesitate to stay here again as the location was also close to family and a leisurely bus ride into Town. (Princes St etc...).

Only fault we had was when we arrived for check in I was informed about complimentary towels for pool ,As I hadn’t brought any swimwear for me and my husband I went shopping for some ,In morning there were signs up saying pool was closed for maintenance big disappointment for us as feel hotel would have been informed previously about this and wouldn’t have had to shop

The hotel is in a quiet area of Edinburgh and was easy to find. The staff were very helpful and my room was clean and comfortable. I got a great nights sleep. The only downside was that the hotel is a bit tired and could do with some new fixtures and fittings e.g. worn carpets. Given the price, it was very good value.
