My wife and I came in around 8:30. I had reserved a room with a queen bed. The front desk initially didn't say anything but gave us a room with two twins (NOT WHAT I RESERVED). I turned around and went back down to complain. They acknowledged my reservation and stated that they ran out of the queen beds, and that was all that was left - so much for a reservation. One individual tried to be helpful recommending pushing the beds together. I did but was navigating the crack between the beds the whole time. The bed mattress feel like 20 layers of cardboard stacked up. Woke up each morning feeling very stiff. They tried to perk up the reservation by advertising free coffee, and there was, but if tek8ng coffee out of the hotel you need a paper cup. The dispenser was always empty. You can ask the front desk for a cup, but they would roll their eyes in disgust each time and get one cup for you (never refilling the dispenser).

A wonderful hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle service. I loved the buffet because it’s so convenient to get up and walk downstairs to the breakfast buffet.

This is a nice hotel close to the airport. The breakfast is good.The shuttle is convenient and free. The tram is about 3 min.away. I think that this is the best location for someone that is in Geneva and need a place to stay.

This is a budget motel which is important in Geneva, given that many offerings cost 2X as much. It is very convenient to the airport and if you want a bit of exercise, it is only a clean, safe 15 minute walk from the terminal so I liked this. There are also numerous free buses that you can take. All was clean and efficient. Breakfast was fine, but perhaps did not have the same quality of products that you would probably see at higher end hotels. There is good food shopping near by. Overall this was a fine place from which to do business in Geneva and would be a good stopover spot on journeys that involve the Geneva airport.

Airport hotel. Very stripped down basic service rooms. But they were kind enough to let me check in a bit early. My biggest complaint was, I asked to borrow a fork. I went to retrieve that and the person who had mopped the floors yelled at me for walking on the floors after she mopped them. I couldn’t see that they were still wet and she didn’t put up a sign, but it was quite rude. I apologized that didn’t seem to stop her yelling. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Worth staying on a quick layover.
