Dear Hotels.com Customer Service, I am a fan of Hotels.com, a loyal customer and recently booked a Junior Suite at Radisson Blu Hotel for 7–9 February 2026. The booking was made specifically for the hotel’s advertised leisure facilities—gym, swimming pool, sauna, and spa—which were a decisive factor in my choice. Shortly after booking, I was informed via email that these facilities were closed until 2026. As the reservation was non-refundable, there was no realistic way to cancel or change plans. The lack of upfront disclosure left me feeling misled and the stay significantly diminished the intended purpose of the visit. I request your assistance in obtaining appropriate redress from the hotel, such as a refund or equivalent compensation.
