"Wir hatten 2 schlaflose Nächte. Wir sind am 22.12 sehr spät abends angekommen, im ersten Zimmer machte die Minibar ein Geräuch, wir meldeten das an der Rezeption. Sie schicken den Techniker, auf den wir ca. 20 min gewartet haben. Er konnte das auch nicht richten, deshalb haben wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Wir gingen auf unser neues Zimmer und hörten schon laute Stimmen aus dem Nachbarszimmer (deutlich hörbar, vl. wegen der Verbindungstüre). Wir gingen runter und wollten ein anderes Zimmer haben.
Wir bekamen ein neues Zimmer, wo nun alles passen sollte....
In der Nacht drehte sich due Lüfung öffters an und wieder aus, leider in beiden Nächten.
Wir kamen wenig zum schlafen. Beim auschecken haben wir das an der Rezeption gemeldet, worauf die Dame meinte, wir hätten in der Nacht die Rezeption anrufen sollen, sie hätten den Techniker geschickt oder uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben....
Ein "i am sorry" haben wir noch bekommen, und mussten den vollen Preis fürs parken zahlen, kein Entgegenkommen, nichts.
Wir kommen nicht wieder in dieses Hotel."
