The hotel is not bad but Not really good value for money no mini bar in the room the room is too small and cant really access the cupboard, yet bathroom was very clean and bed is comfortable but you need to consider having tall people not only dwarfs

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, city center is a 15 min walk away. The hotel service was great, the exchanged our towels everyday day and cleaned the room. All in all a great exerience!

Es wurden vom Reinigungspersonal Einkaufstüten aus dem Zimmer entfernt, in denen sich Schmuck, Parfüm und Kleidungsstücke befanden. Absolutes NO-GO. Einen Tag später, nach der Abreise, bekamen wir einen Anruf, das die verschollene Ware wieder aufgetaucht sei. Werden in diesem Hotel sicherlich nicht wieder buchen. Das Verhalten der Rezeption uns gegenüber war doch sehr unbekümmert und hat sich nicht wirklich dafür interessiert was da jetzt abhanden gekommen ist. Zimmer waren ansonsten sauber und ordentlich, Frühstück hatten wir keines.

Nach einem sehr unfreundlichen und ruppigen Empfang von 2 Personen an der Rezeption lief es dann doch besser als danach erwartet und das restliches Personal war sehr freundlich inkl. Putzfrau. Schade dass das Verhalten von den 2 Personen Empfangspersonal einem den Start der Städtereise schon mal vermiesen kann. Ansosten sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr gute Lage mit Bus 112 alle 15 Min. nur 3 Stationen zum Bahnhof wo U und S Bahnen in alle Richtungen.

Super Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof (ca. 10 mi zu laufen), grosses Appartement für 5 Personen, Frühstück für Preis zu wenig (z. B. Kaffee aus Kanne), Hotel eher in die Jahre gekommen.
