"Der Check-in erfolgt im 2F. Wir kamen etwas zu früh, aber wir durften unser Gepäck abgeben. In der nahen Umgebung ist vieles Gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und wir hatten von unserem Zimmer aus eine Aussicht auf das Himeji Castle. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fragen konnten problemlos beantwortet werden und in der Lobby ist eine "Care-Station" aufgebaut, aus der man sich bedienen kann.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Service."
