"Der vierte Besuch in diesem Hotel und es wird auch bis auf Weiteres unser Hotel bleiben jedes Mal, wenn wir nach Osaka kommen. Sauber, modern, eigenes Onsen!!! (perfekt nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt), Zimmer geräumig. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. 10/10 Punkten. "

"Tolles Hotel. Zentrale Lage. Man erreicht bequem den Bahnhof zu Fuß und es gibt eine Vielzahl an Geschäften und Restaurants. Das beste ist, man fährt mit der Rolltreppe von der Lobby los und kommt gleich im Kaufhaus an. Die Zimmer sind modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. "
