Great hospitality that started even before arrival! I initially booked a non refundable room for 1 adult and 1 kid. Later our plan changed and had to upgrade it for 2 adults and 1 kid. I contacted Expedia and they said since this is non- refundable reservation, I can’t simply pay the upgrade fee. I had to pay full fee as cancellation. I contacted the property directly and they were able to help we with just paying the price difference for upgrade. They also have great restaurant, amazing breakfast. Also super nice staff, particularly Robert who immediately connected with my son and become his friend :) Nice room, with Border snacks, galaxy hot chocolate, and Nespresso machine. Location is great, 5 min to tube, 10 min to royal exchange and london tower.

The hotel is in a good location, clean, staff is friendly. Enjoyed breakfast. The problem was air conditioning in our room did not work properly and we had to sleep with windows open and a fan in August. Had the air conditioning worked properly hotel would have received a better rating.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our first visit to London and were comfortable staying at this hotel. The room size really worked well for our family of four. The two issues we had were: it was not stroller friendly. The entire time we were we had to be lifting our strollers up and down the entrance and hallway stairs. Which leads me to my next issue, we had several suitcases and a stroller and I think of the entire time we stayed there, only 1 worker offered to assist with the lift. While staff were pleasant and said good morning, I was disappointed with the above reasons.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, which instantly made me feel at home. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, really clean, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfy (slept like a baby! I also enjoyed the gym — it was clean and well taken care of. Plus, the hotel is in a perfect spot: close to everything but still quiet at night. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Amazing staff, comfy rooms, and great food — I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Honestly couldn't recommend this hotel any more. It was simply fabulous. A three minute walk to London Underground station and located in a really safe central area. We could see Tower Bridge from our beautiful room. It was my mums 70th birthday and they couldn't have been kinder. Upgraded her room too! The little touches make all the difference. Breakfast in the lampery the next morning was bliss! Will 100% be returning!!

Stay was fine. Room was a little strange. Was in the basement with no windows, just a window in the ceiling. Was explained during check in that the room didn’t have a main big window, just assumed it would have smaller windows. Slightly worried that in an emergency and the corridor was blocked, there was no way to escape the room

Great hotel! Great service, great location and family friendly. Whilst not what you normal think of as family friendly because it’s not aimed at families but are room was perfect for the four of you us much better than I’ve had in other London hotels and breakfast was great for them and our room services supper was perfect. It’s the third apex property I’ve stayed at but the first time with the family it’s a brand a I trust and they delivered!
