The Hotel room I was given was basic and was located in the basement next to the Lift. The noise from the Lift disturbed me throughout the night, whenever it was used by others. The bedding was basic white sheets with no coloured throw, shown in the listing photos. The small TV was positioned too high on the wall and did not have a tilt mount, so picture was difficult to see unless you stood up in the small room. However you get what you pay for and the Hotel still offers good value for its London location. Reception staff were helpful and always available.

I forgot a folder full of printed train tickets and entrance tickets in our rental car that was returned. The man who was working at the front desk helped me reprint all my lost tickets. He was so kind and so helpful! I can’t remember his name but he was from Argentina. He went above and beyond to help me and I really really appreciate his kindness! He deserves a raise and I highly recommend this hotel. The location is great. It was perfect for us.

The hotel was fine, but the room I was in was overseeing the main road and windows didn’t close completely so it was quite noisy. I only got sleep late at night when traffick was very few but when it picked up again, it became hard to sleep again. Hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable with en-suite shower

It had everything I needed, near to the station & the price was fair. The linen & towels were spotless & was my room. The men on reception & one member of cleaning staff I met were lovely. Highly recommended.

It did for what we needed

It was literally just somewhere for me and my daughter to stay the night before she had an appointment the following day. It was ideally situated for us. No bells and whistles but we didn't need any. Would stay there again.

The property is very basic but that is to be expected for that price. My biggest issue was that there was no proper chair, just a wooden stool. It was extremely inconvenient because I had a work call and had nowhere to sit. The “desk” was also miniature. On a positive, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
