Summary of Key Issues:
Poor front desk attitude when we arrived slightly before check-in time
Luggage storage appeared disorganized and unsafe
We were issued two different rooms already occupied by other guests
One incident involved a naked guest, which was extremely inappropriate and distressing for our young grandchild
Room was clean, but the hallway was very noisy due to inconsiderate guests
No phone in the room, forcing us to use our own mobile and international credit to call for help — with no answer
Breakfast was sparse, poorly managed, and not delivered even after a long wait
No follow-up or compensation from hotel management despite multiple complaints
Expedia advised that no refund would be given, which added to our disappointment
Final Thoughts
Although the hotel’s location is good and the room we eventually stayed in was clean, these are basic expectations — not bonuses. What really matters in hospitality is how a hotel treats its guests, handles mistakes, and ensures safety, privacy, and service — especially when families and children are involved.
This hotel failed at nearly every level of guest care. We encountered multiple service breakdowns and a complete lack of urgency or responsibility from management. I would strongly discourage families or solo travelers from staying here unless significant changes are made to how rooms are managed and how guests are treated.
